Who are your services for?

For startups, scale-ups, and SMEs that don't yet have an internal HR team, or whose capacity isn't keeping up during a growth phase. We work with companies in very different situations: from a first hire to building a fully functioning leadership culture.

Do I have to commit to a package, or can I book individual services?

You can book individual services without any minimum commitment or package obligation. Many clients start with a specific problem and expand the engagement over time.

How quickly can we get started?

After an intro call, we'll have a concrete proposal within 5 working days. We're typically operational within 2 weeks.

What makes you different from a traditional headhunter?

Headhunters get paid per placement. Their incentive is a quick fill. We think recruiting, employer branding, and onboarding work together and function as a strategic partner, not on commission.

Do you also offer coaching and workshops?

Yes. Leadership sparring, HR workshops, and facilitation are standalone services you can book separately or as part of a longer engagement.

Do you use AI?
